1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Ultrion Publishing (hereinafter "Ultrion"). Deviations require written agreement.
2. Services
Ultrion provides AI software development, process automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services is defined in individual contracts or offers.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the total amount is due upon commissioning and 50% upon delivery.
4. Warranty
Ultrion warrants that the services provided conform to the agreed specifications. Defects will be remedied within a reasonable period.
5. Liability
Ultrion's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality about all confidential information. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Final Provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Ultrion. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
