Corporate LLM

GDPR-Compliant AI with Your Company Knowledge

An AI platform that works legally compliant with leading models — and enriches every answer with your internal company knowledge.

Three Levels. One System.

Corporate LLM connects compliant infrastructure, secured company knowledge, and centrally provided AI capabilities — building on each other, each valuable on its own.

01

Legally Compliant AI Infrastructure

The foundation: an AI platform your company can use without legal risk. Depending on your requirements, we provide EU-hosted models (e.g., from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral) and/or local open-source models on your own hardware — on-premise, with no data flowing to US clouds. All employees work in a shared workspace instead of uncontrolled individual accounts.

  • EU hosting or fully on-premise — GDPR-compliant
  • No data transfer to US clouds, no shadow IT
  • Access control and user roles for all employees
  • One shared workspace instead of scattered individual accounts
02

Knowledge Preservation & Knowledge Management

The real competitive advantage: your internal company knowledge becomes usable by AI. We digitalize implicit knowledge — through expert interviews, audits, and the analysis of existing documents — and build a central knowledge base (RAG) from it. Every AI answer is enriched with your company knowledge.

Why knowledge preservation matters now

Demographic change is in full swing: year after year, around 300,000 employees in Germany retire — and with them, unsecured expert knowledge leaves the company. What is still in the heads of your specialists today may be gone tomorrow.

  • Implicit knowledge is documented before it leaves the company
  • Central knowledge base (RAG) instead of scattered files
  • Better, faster onboarding of new employees
  • Recurring questions are answered by the system — not by your managers
03

Central Provisioning of Skills, Prompts & Agents

What turns an AI platform into a true work platform: a versioned, role-based skill library from which every employee uses ready-made capabilities — instead of individuals privately collecting prompts. Add a curated prompt database and ready-to-use agents and mini-apps for recurring tasks.

  • Versioned skill library with role and department assignment
  • Ready-made skills: meeting minutes, proposal summaries, sales preparation, and more
  • Prompt database with reviewed, reusable prompts
  • Agents and mini-apps for all employees — instead of individual silo solutions

Why Now?

Four reasons why companies should not postpone Corporate LLM.

Argument 01

Regulatory Pressure

The EU AI Act and GDPR make uncontrolled AI use a business risk. Companies that build a compliant platform now avoid warnings, fines, and the costly removal of grown shadow IT.

Argument 02

Skilled Labor Shortage & Demographic Change

Around 300,000 employees retire every year. Knowledge that is not secured is lost. A knowledge base actively counteracts this — and relieves remaining specialists of recurring questions.

Argument 03

Standardized Setup — Predictable Costs

Unlike individual AI development projects, Corporate LLM follows a proven, repeatable structure: infrastructure, knowledge base, skill library. This makes scope and effort predictable from the start.

Argument 04

Entry Point for Further AI Use Cases

Once you have a compliant AI infrastructure with a knowledge base, you can build on it: automations, agents, and integrations become faster and cheaper to deliver — on a foundation that already exists.

How to Get Started

Four steps from analysis to ongoing operations.

Step 1

Analysis Consultation

Together we clarify: which models and which hosting fit your requirements? Which knowledge is critical, where does it live, and how does it leave the company? The result is a clear roadmap.

Step 2

Capture & Structure Knowledge

We conduct expert interviews and audits, analyze existing documents, and prepare everything for the central knowledge base — structured, searchable, up to date.

Step 3

Setup & Integration

Building the infrastructure (EU-hosted, on-premise, or hybrid), connecting the knowledge base, and setting up the skill library with the first skills for your daily topics.

Step 4

Training & Operations

Your team learns to work with the workspace, skills, and prompts. Afterwards, we optionally support operations: knowledge maintenance, new skills, extensions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Corporate LLM GDPR-compliant?+

Yes. We either use models hosted entirely within the EU or local open-source models on your own hardware. No data is transferred to US clouds. On request, we document the data protection measures together with your data protection officer.

Is on-premise operation possible?+

Yes. For the highest requirements, we operate the entire platform on your own infrastructure — models, knowledge base, and applications run exclusively on your hardware. Alternatively, EU-hosted models from established providers are available.

What happens to existing knowledge in PDFs and Excel files?+

Existing documents are analyzed, structured, and fed into the central knowledge base. The AI then answers based on your real company data. In addition, we capture implicit knowledge through expert interviews and audits — the knowledge that exists in no document.

What are the typical terms?+

The initial project (analysis, knowledge capture, setup, training) is delivered as a project with a clear scope. Ongoing operations, knowledge maintenance, and extensions are optionally covered by a support agreement. We clarify the details in a free initial consultation.

Do employees need technical expertise?+

No. The platform is provided as a shared workspace with pre-built skills. Training covers daily use — technical maintenance is handled by us.
